It is specified that the present conditions govern the sale by A.D.P., vl. Marina Preradović Kosak (InMyBox), inserts, tokens, and accessories on their website https://inmybox.eu.
These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.
1. PRICE
- The prices of our products are indicated in Euros without taxes (as we are excluded from VAT by Croatian law), excluding the cost of shipping and handling (see Time and Cost).
- For orders to countries outside the EU, you are the importer of the goods concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or taxes of state are likely to be due. These rights are not within the jurisdiction of A.D.P., vl. Marina Preradović Kosak (InMyBox). They will be your responsibility and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of returns and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to learn about these issues from your local authorities.
- All orders, regardless of their origin, are to be paid in Euros.
- The products will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of order.
- The products remain the property of A.D.P., vl. Marina Preradović Kosak (InMyBox) until the full payment is received.
2. ORDER

Contractual information is presented in English and will be confirmed with all the contractual information at or before the time of delivery. A.D.P., vl. Marina Preradović Kosak (InMyBox) reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.
3. VALIDATION
You acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing your order. The checkout process is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Unless proven otherwise, the data is recorded on the inmybox.eu website constitutes proof of all transactions made by A.D.P., vl. Marina Preradović Kosak (InMyBox) and its customers.
4. AVAILABILITY
Our product offerings and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, subject to availability. In this framework, information on the availability of products is provided at the time of your order. Information on the site is provided for guidance only (control simultaneous error or stock. For products not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are subject to availability from our suppliers. This information comes directly from our suppliers, errors or changes may occasionally happen).
In the event of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by e-mail upon information received from suppliers.
In case of a delay, that is unacceptable to the customer, the order will be canceled and refunded if the account has been debited.
Orders not paid within three months will be automatically canceled.
5. DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the shipping address you specified during ordering. The products are sent by Eurosender for the European Union (24-48 h delay) or HP (Hrvatska pošta – 24h delay) worldwide. We will provide the parcel’s tracking number by email, so you can follow your shipment.
If you buy more products at the same time and one of them is out of stock (not posted on the site), A.D.P., vl. Marina Preradović Kosak (InMyBox) however, reserves the right to split shipments. The participation fee for shipping and handling will be charged for every shipment.
In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent. In this case, and as long as the product hasn’t been shipped, you can always cancel your order.
6. PAYMENT
Payment methods for your purchases are the following:

7. REFUNDS
Upon receiving the product(s), you have 14 days, to return the product if they do not suit you.
Return costs are always paid by the customer.

The returned product should be in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, and manuals, in perfect condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Before returning a product please inform us by email or the contact form on our website.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer are not covered by our refund policy.
8. COMPLIANCE OF PRODUCTS
We are committed to exchanging products that are defective, damaged, or incomplete or do not match your order. In the unlikely event of this happening, please send us a detailed statement by email, about your issue with the received product.
In case of missing parts, we will send them out to you.
In case of defective products please return the product or components so that we can send you the replacement parts. Please always contact A.D.P., vl. Marina Preradović Kosak (InMyBox) before, so we can help you with the return process.
The shipping costs will be reimbursed based on the rate charged. In any case, you benefit from the provisions of the legal guarantee, in particular, those relating to warranty against hidden, or previously unknown defects.
The provisions of this article do not prevent you from enjoying the right of order withdrawal (money back) under part 7.
9. REFUND
Refunds for products in the cases referred to in articles 7 and 8 will be made within less than or equal to 30 days after receiving the returned products.
Refunds will be issued by A.D.P., vl. Marina Preradović Kosak (InMyBox) by refunding you via Paypal to the account used when placing the order. The refunded amount is reduced due to the fee from Paypal. We won’t issue a refund without receiving the returned products beforehand.
