We had major server issues during Essen Spiel ’25. We apologize for the inconvenience to everyone who wasn’t able to place orders through our web shop. The problem was caused by an unexpectedly high number of visits, which our server apparently wasn’t prepared to handle. Last night, we migrated to a new, faster, and more reliable server that should be able to handle a much higher traffic load.

Essen Pick-Up will be closing shortly so we can prepare and pack all items for Spiel.

The last day to order something and save on shipping is Friday (19.9.)

As always, we started offering a Free Essen Pickup option on our webshop. You can order some items here and pick them up in Essen, avoiding shipping costs on your orders.

We will have our booth in Hall 3, just like last year, almost in the same spot — booth 3D400.

We’re also hosting a fun little prize draw for all our Essen Spiel visitors! Swing by on Saturday at 17:00, when we’ll be announcing the lucky winners and handing out some great little gifts. It’s our way of saying thanks and adding a bit of excitement to your day!

Important information for PickUp option at Essen Spiel fair

All clients who take the Essen pickup option from our shop must follow these rules so we can deliver your inserts, dice towers, and other board game accessories without problems.

Instructions for PickUp:

• You need some document (ID card, Driving license, or Passport) so we can identify you
• Your Order ID (something like number #153258)
• It’s good to know your email address but not necessarily

How to find your Order ID?

1. option: Find the email from our webshop with information about your order. It will have a Subject like “Your InMyBox order…”. Open the email and write down the Order ID (something like #3258)
2. option: Go to your PayPal account and find your payment to A.D.P., vl. Marina Preradović Kosak
   https://inmybox.eu
   and find Invoice ID (something like WC-3258)
3. option: Go to your webshop and log in. On navigation go to My account/Orders and find your Order ID (First column: Order, something like #153258 )

Your pickup will be in Hall 3 at the InMyBox booth number: 3D400.
